anyways, for those worried bout ticket factory coventry bookings, i rung the ticketfactory number off the website as the number on the email was different. i blagged it i didn't have an email as an excuse and i asked him to tell me what the booking was. he confirmed it straight away so i now feel reassured! i would recommend to anyone bothered to do the same as it has put me at rest! BUT ring the hotline number on the website and follow the instructions off there!
