It is a geniune site. No one has received email confirmation. This worried me too but you can call them up tomorrow for confirmation as many people on here have done - maybe they can re set your account so you can access it.

I logged out then back in and was able to view my order and confimation number. Ticketsoup is the site being advertised by clyde one, so should be reputable.
