P!nk you have given me the honeymoon I could not take & proved again I have been blessed with a husband who hasn't broken 1 promise in our 13 years together! Early Friday morning 10/5/2001, I was on my way back alone trying to see the interstate through the tears to get back to Milwaukee (over 100 miles away) to prepare for my rehearsal dinner after spendind the week with my grandmother in the hospital slowly dying! Her birthday was the day before (thurs10/04 as well as her son's, my uncle's wedding anniversary), and her own wedding anniversary was later that month. She had finally let go about 6am on Fri 10/05/01, holding out throughout the week, I believe, so not to forever scar the anniversary of her youngest child

Needless to say my wedding the day after her death was a roller coaster of emotions, and the frugal weekend honeymoon in a small cabin on a lake became a 15 hr "rest" before driving back to attend her funeral! I have not felt it was right to take a honeymoon trip since.

I am now 35 and disabled in a wheelchair, and as much as P!nk's music & lyrics have inspired me, not to mention the love & admiration I hold for her courage to open her soul to millions throughout the entire world, to be fearless in taking her music to fans in dangerous countries so they can have the experience of an artist live on stage, and most of all "keep it real" unlike so many others who create a false image of themselves to attempt to stay in the spotlight; I never thought I myself would see her live.

In the last 13 years my husband of almost 8 years will again prove to me he will never break 1 promise to me no matter how my illnesses continue to progress. He promised me that he would somehow get me to see P!nk live during this Funhouse Tour!
We own a minivan with over 100,000 miles on it, I am unable to work, and live in WI., but I have tickets for Houston, TX, and will get my honeymoon trip 12 days before our 8th wedding anniversary. I believe i will be sleeping in my wheelchair (tilts & reclines to protect me degenerating back & joints), inside a tent while my husband sleeps in our van as it will be over a 24 hr drive; however, i am not only finally getting that honeymoon ( granted on an extremely tight budget, i will be seeing the best artist in music before i am unable to attempt a trip like this, but i am making a dream of mine come true, an adventure to remember when my pain is too much to handle, and i am sure my grandmother will be smiling down us because P!NK was able to break the chains that held my grief hanging over the best day of my life. The marriage to one of the most loving and loyal men that not many women( especially a woman with constant & progressive health problems) are blessed with the chance to be loved by!

I know this comment has become a novel; however, I must say one last thing! I feel pity for the bitter person who felt the need to comment that P!NK things she is too " big" to tour in that state. I know many in the world who have things a lot harder things to deal with then myself, and I have to make a lot of uncomfortable plans to travel from WI to TX while dealing with a lot of pain, trying to find even a restroom that my type wheelchair will fit into is almost impossible. All you can do is whine you would have to drive A TOTAL of 8 hrs to see the tour? I think you need to take a lesson on selfishness because this is one human being trying to take her talent to how many countries, states, cities, etc., and you are complaining she won't sing on your doorstep? I don't think you are much of fan, and if you have the recipie for how she can become superwoman then I am sure she would love to have it! She has to put her pants on the same as everybody else, sleep once in a while, eat sometimes, and probably even stop to take
Sh#t every now and then too! My humble and meaningless opinion is you should go to where she is able to tour while hopping around the whole world to bring joy to some who have never even knew the meaning until they experienced the very human~very talented woman~better known as:

i am a mexican guy and for my birthday (sept 15th) i want to go and see pink in phoenix on sept 22th . my point is that i am going alone i havent bought the tickets cuz i would know what are the best seats i mean i want to see her next very close but do i have to arrive early and make lines to enter the arena. its my first big concert so i dont know much
if someone could help me please

im new to all this, but I saw P!NK's concert in johannesburg, South Africa in 2007, and I absolutely loved it, ive been waiting 8 years for her to come to S.A, and it was definitely worth it!!!!!
I would like it if anybody could please tell me if there are any tourdates to South Africa yet, cause last time i found out too late and i couldntget golden circle tickets as it was all sold out..
