It took me quite a while to get convinced. Not because I think it totally blows, because I don't, and I like the songs, I like Pink and blahblahblah..all the other compliments I can give (It's good).., but because I'm a stonehard rock-addict.
So, went to Lokeren (Lokeren.. of all places..), and saw Pink. Correction: I saw how Pink came and conquered and blew the lot away! So from the second she showed her face (and ow lord, what a voice) I was convinced(Okay.. didn't take me THAT long..). Wow.
We always hear the songs on the radio. Hence, we all know the lyrics. Conclusion: we are all able to sing along.
Stubborn as we are (me to my friends): "I'm not going to sing along, I have to perform myself tomorrow. No."
DIDN'T WORK!
Now, even though my concert on thursday wasn't always how it should be (Ah well..), I don't regret a single moment of enjoying the fabulous show in Lokeren-city. So, thank you for the music!
P!NK, i saw u yesterday and the show was amazing, I standed at the front row, and maybe u recognized me,think so, I was at TW classic to, and when you did the dance, you said to me:yeah,I know you can do the dance! you gaved me again a great show. I hope you will come soon back to Belgium, we love u all!!!!! hugs and kisses x

But then i heard you were coming to 'Werchter Classics' , and i couln't be there! Man was i glad when i heard you were gonna be with us all summer!!! So i saw you show in Lokeren!
I love you! Couldn't wait to see you again, and now that i did, i'm a bit sad 'cause i don't know how long it's gonna be before you come to belgium again. But then again if you don't , i'll come and see you anyway!!! Hopefully you'll soon come to Europe. Lots of love and hugs,

I was really looking forward to see this powerwoman in my city, after i saw her for the first time at TW Classic this summer
And she did what i expected, her show was amazing!!!
I attended the Fly Beeyond Festival in Athens, where Pink was scheduled to sing on the third night of the festival. Sadly, she was sick with gastroenteritis and did not appear onstage. I was crushed, disillusioned, put off the summer music circuit (I saw Avril Lavigne at said concert; she was not an acceptable substitute).
Then, I took a train from Amsterdam (I get around) to Lokeren for the night: no accommodation booked, no plans for food or transport beyond just getting to the Lokerse Feesten and seeing Pink perform. I had to know if I was cursed to listen to only recorded music from one of my favorite artists for the rest of my life, or if my mission would succeed and I would get to scream myself hoarse in an arena audience for the Pink one.
It rocked, I have to say. My one complaint was that her set was not longer (and "Fingers" would have been a nice addition to the set list)-- but really, to be in a riotous crowd of several thousand, singing along to "Dear Mr. President" and "U + Ur Hand" made my month, easily. (Props to her wardrobe staff, she looked hot.) I wish I could stalk Pink across the rest of her European tour-- sadly, funds are running low.
If you have a chance to see her, don't miss out.

It was the first time I was at a concert of P!nk. A great experience. It was a fabulous show. P!nk is a great showgirl with a lot of talent. P!nk, I hope I wil see you again, you are great.
