I am hoping that P!nk will be reading this! Well if it is you P!nk, Hi! Recently for school i wrote a news article, it is called 'Stupid Girls'... you were my inpiration! (Thanks you got me good marks)... Here it is.

In today’s society we look around and all we seem to see is girls playing dumb and acting like Barbie’s! What happened to the smart and outspoken women who wanted to make a difference on our world? Well there is only a few of those girls left the rest of them are only worried about what their faces look like and how they are going to do their hair.
Everybody has heard of the song and term “Stupid Girl’s” by P!nk, well this is absolutely correct. All of the women and girls out there who are following this image are only hurting themselves; it causes Anorexia, Bulimia and so and more horrible diseases. Why put your body and mind through so much pain and sickness just to look so called ‘Beautiful’. Little girls shouldn’t be worried about what their weight is or how their makeup looks; they should be outside running around getting dirty and fit.
This image is not only taking over the ‘Smart’ female image it also if destroying futures. Girls in school are not doing well because all they think about is their boyfriends and their makeup. Girls are dumbing themselves down to be noticed and it is not right. Millionaire celebrities Paris Hilton and Britney Spears have both basically started this so called ‘Trend’. They both put on a truckload of makeup on to go to the Grocery Store and have Heart Attacks when one of their nails break. This image is both unrealistic and sickening. The media has a huge impact on this issue. It is all around us… Papers, Magazines, Posters and more. What people don’t realize is that these pictures are all photo-shopped; the end image is basically totally different to the one first taken. This is proven on a video on You Tube called “Dove Evolution”, it shows you first hand how they shape and change the faces to the way they like. So when women are following and looking up to these images, they are looking up to a computerized fake image. ‘Stupid Girls’ are fake and should not be people children or women look up too, they destroy futures and lives. Women shouldn’t care if they break a nail or if they have bags under their eyes, because everybody has personalities. Personalities are stronger than looks! It is a shame that they are not being used or seen. They are always covered in makeup.
