I remember Get the Party Started, I was like damn, that is the coolest song. It's a great party song that everyone dances to. Before I bought the album I was thinking, I bet that's the only good song on the disc, you know how record companies do, suck you in and take your money and basically you buy a single cause the rest of it sucks? After years of every album sounding like the next, Pink breathed life into the music industry. As cliche as it sounds, she broke the mould and this disc totally blew me away. This album was AMAZING! It was not what I expetected it to be. It was deeply personal, raw and honest, unapologetic and sensitive all at the same time. It touched a nerve and I can still listen to the whole thing to this day, which is something I cannot say about just anybody. I wore it out when it came out though. She is not your average sex symbol. She really can sing, really can dance, really is as badass as she appears, and is sexy from head to toe...... and her passion is apparant on every single lyric. She covers every emotion on the spectrum and makes you feel like there is someone out there who knows what you're going through.
