we never got our tickets from ticketline, we only found out 2 days before the alton towers gig there were no tickets left even though we booked and paid for them back in dec, called sony who didnt want to no, no-one would help, even ended up out of pocket as booked a hotel for the night. dont think pink would be happy if she knew this was happening to her fans,
