My "Who Knew" Tattoo

This is my "Who Knew" tattoo... I got it done in July 2008. It's the last three notes of the song (I bought the sheet music). The song has special meaning to me as it was playing in the hospital when my Dad passed away in May 2007.

At some point I want to have it built upon and have the actual words "Who Knew" tattooed on my forearm and connect to the music staff.
