I'm a fan (and you should be too) because... I grew up in a small city 3 hours south of Atlanta, where almost everyone would criticize me because I was different (GAY). When the first P!nk CD was released "Can't Take Me Home" I felt like the whole world was nasty and there where no role models for me, @ that time everyone Loved Britney and Christina because they where pretty blah blah blah. No one I knew was a PINK fan at the time, so I felt like a outcast as she was. I read every thing about the young artist, I could get my eyes on. I watch every video, TV appearance, and had any thing with her name on it. The more I read about her I learned we had so much in common. from asthma, Gymnast, kicked out of the house, parents divorce at a young age being in a gay relationship @ 15,and dyslexia. She is the reason I came out to everyone, she moved to Atlanta GA to start her career, and I did the same. I'm now a head liner at many clubs all over doing female impersonation, and everyone knows me for my passion for great entertainment, hard work, open mind, ambition to be a better person, sticking up for my rights as a human, love for all that is good, animal rights, sticking up for myself ,being myself, and performing the words of a humble ,rebellious, creative , in your face , true artist , MY ROLE MODEL ; P!NK. her existence changed my life for the best. =) I don't know any other way to thank her other than spreading her voice into the ears of ignorance , and to the confused minds of what real is.(thank GODDESS for spell check and P!nk)XO-Sonique
